Key PropTrail terms in plain English.

| Adjusted Rental Income | Estimated rental-related income after applicable vacancy, letting and owner-occupied adjustments. |
| Assumption | An editable input used to model an illustrative outcome. |
| Baseline | The normal property projection using the applicable property inputs and assumptions. |
| Equity | Property value used in the analysis less the loan balance used for that year. |
| Gross Annual Rental | Weekly rental income multiplied across the year before expenses. |
| Gross Rental Yield | Gross annual rental income relative to purchase price. |
| My Property | The owned-property/dashboard grouping. |
| Net Annual Cashflow | Estimated property-related cash position after applicable income and cash outflows. |
| Operating Expenses | Recurring property costs used in the property analysis. |
| Owner-Occupied Weeks | Weeks where the owner occupies the property rather than receiving tenant rent. |
| Owner-Occupied Rent Saving | Estimated economic benefit of avoiding comparable rent elsewhere; not tenant cash rent received. |
| Scenario | An alternative set of assumptions used to compare illustrative results. |
| Track Property | A property being monitored or analysed outside the owned-property dashboard grouping. |
| Year-specific assumption | An Admin-configured assumption for a particular projection year. |
