Is PropTrail financial advice?

No. PropTrail provides general information and scenario modelling. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice.

Are PropTrail results forecasts?

No. Results are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions used. Actual outcomes may differ.

Where do default assumptions come from?

Operational defaults are configured in the PropTrail Admin Portal. Year-specific overrides may also be used for selected assumptions.

Why are some calculation formulas marked under validation?

PropTrail is in Beta. Where an active calculation defect affects a metric, detailed public methodology is intentionally withheld until the implementation is corrected and re-verified.

Does Track Property mean PropTrail recommends the property?

No. Track Property is an organisational and analysis status only.
