Net Yield
Net Yield is under active Beta correction so that the metric reflects property-level rental performance rather than financed cashflow.
Beta validation: The current implementation uses financed net annual cashflow as the numerator, which means loan structure can distort the metric. The corrected methodology will be published after implementation and re-verification.
Until then, use Gross Rental Yield and the separate cashflow outputs for their intended purposes rather than treating the current Net Yield display as final methodology.
