Total Performance
PropTrail includes a cumulative performance view that combines modelled capital growth with cumulative net annual cashflow.
Total performance = Cumulative capital growth + Cumulative net annual cashflow
Important: Modelled capital growth is not realised sale proceeds and the result should not be interpreted as an investment return guarantee.
